We started by learning about Borrego—their business, their processes, and their vision. We interviewed people inside and outside Borrego to discover more about their strengths and weaknesses. Then we explored tools and software concepts that could help them be more efficient.

We then created high-level concepts and click-through prototypes to simulate what the new software could be. We tested these with the internal teams to find the right set of tools for a streamlined workflow. This resulted in a single tool that includes b2c2b collaboration and the entire project pipeline at a glance.

Once we aligned on a product concept, our team began end-to-end product design. In addition to screen designs, we also crafted an exhaustive design language system that enabled the development of the Anza platform.
